What is your privacy policy?
A unique identification code is provided to the person whose records we store. Nobody has access to your records unless you provide this unique code. Our data is not publicly available without your consent.

How do I make a transcript request?
A unique identification code is provided to the person whose records we store. This person authorizes the release of their records by providing this code to the potential employer or college. Go to the Employers section and enter this identification code for immediate access to the information.

In what format are the records available?
All records are available on line.

How much does it cost to request a transcript?
There is no cost to the requester for these records. Anyone can access the file if they have been given the access code by the record owner.

How long will it take to process my request?
All records are available immediately.

Can requests and/or transcripts be faxed?
All records must be requested on line and are delivered on line.

Can transcripts be Express Mailed?
All records must be requested on line and are delivered on line.

What is included in the transcript?
The information contained in the record will vary based on the amount of information available. The typical information provided includes:

  • Degree earned
  • Name of major
  • Date of graduation
  • Name and address of educational institution
  • Grade point average (GPA).
  • Individual classes or semester subjects
  • Additional recognitions
  • Credits earned if undergraduate

Why won't you release my transcript?
All records are released with a proper identification code. You decide who will have access to your records. If access is limited, please contact customer support to make sure you are using the right code.

How long will my transcripts be available?
Your files are archived permanently and will be accessible at any time. There is no subscription fee to maintain these archives.

How much does it cost to submit my records?
There is a one-time total cost of $74.50 to archive your records. This includes a recording fee of $59.50 and an administrative processing fee of $15.00. This is the only cost incurred and there are no subscription fees to maintain these archives.

How do I submit my transcripts?
There is an online submission form used to collect this information. Certain colleges and universities can upload your files electronically. After your payment has been processed, you will be taken to the transcript submission area. Full details and on line help are available to walk you through the process.

What will my transcripts look like to an employer?
The information contained in the record will vary based on the amount of information available. See an example.
